Visme Return Policy?
Visme.co has a clear policy regarding refunds and cancellations. Refunds are not provided for the early termination of a subscription once a payment is received. This means that if a subscription is cancelled, no refund will be given for any unused time.
It's important to note that premium subscriptions automatically renew until they are cancelled. If a subscription is not actively used, it will continue to renew until it is cancelled.
When a Premium account is cancelled, the user will still be able to edit all of their projects and access premium features until the paid billing period ends. After the billing period ends, the account will automatically downgrade to a Free (Basic) account.
Upon downgrading, the user will no longer be able to access any premium features. If the account has been inactive (not logged in) for over one year, the user may lose access to previous Projects and the account may be subject to deletion.
